Do I need to download the app to use Zellion?

While you can browse some features on our website, the full Zellion experience is available through our mobile app. The app offers advanced features like push notifications for new listings, offline viewing, and location-based search that aren't available on the web.

Searching Properties

How do I search for properties?

Use the search bar on the home screen to enter a location, then apply filters for price range, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenities. You can also search on the map view to see properties in specific neighborhoods. Our smart search understands natural language, so you can type things like "3 bedroom house near schools under $500k".

Can I save my search criteria?

Absolutely! After setting up your search filters, tap "Save Search" to store your criteria. You can create multiple saved searches and receive notifications when new properties matching your criteria become available. Manage all your saved searches in the "My Searches" section of your profile.

How often are listings updated?

Our listings are updated in real-time throughout the day. We sync with multiple listing services (MLS) and receive updates as soon as properties are listed, price changes occur, or properties go under contract or sell. This ensures you always see the most current information available.

Property Details

Do all properties have virtual tours?

While we encourage all listing agents to provide virtual tours, not every property has one. However, all listings include multiple high-quality photos, and many feature 360° virtual tours, video walkthroughs, or interactive floor plans. Look for the "Virtual Tour" badge on property cards.

How accurate are the property details?

Property information comes directly from listing agents and MLS data, which we verify for accuracy. However, details can change, so we recommend confirming important information with the listing agent. If you notice any inaccuracies, please report them through the "Report Issue" button on the property page.

Can I see price history for properties?

Yes! Each property page includes a price history section showing any price changes, previous sale dates, and sale prices when available. This information helps you understand market trends and make informed decisions about offers.

Contacting Agents

How do I contact a real estate agent?

On any property listing, you'll see the listing agent's information with options to call, text, or message them directly through the app. You can also schedule viewings, ask questions, or request more information. All communication is tracked in your message history for easy reference.

Are all agents on Zellion verified?

Yes, all real estate professionals on our platform are licensed and verified. We check licenses, credentials, and professional standing regularly. You can view agent profiles, ratings, reviews from other clients, and recent sales history to help choose the right agent for your needs.

Can I work with multiple agents?

You can contact different agents about different properties, but we recommend working with one buyer's agent for your overall home search. A dedicated agent can better understand your needs, coordinate showings, and represent you in negotiations. Most buyer representation agreements are exclusive.

What devices are supported?

How do I delete my account?
